Supplementary Registration is an advanced level of supplier registration that applies to companies requiring enhanced validation due to their contractual or strategic relevance to the organization. This stage is mandatory for suppliers that meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Have been awarded a contract
- Are included under a framework or master agreement
- Are considered strategic for a specific procurement process
This registration level requires the submission and validation of additional documentation beyond the initial registration. The objective is to ensure that the supplier meets higher standards of financial, technical, operational, and compliance capability.
Typical documentation required includes, but is not limited to:
- Financial information to assess economic solvency and stability
- Quality management certifications to verify compliance with applicable standards
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies to ensure safe and responsible operations
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices to confirm ethical, social, and environmental commitments
Completion and approval of the Supplementary Registration enable the supplier to participate fully in contractual execution and strategic procurement activities.
