The Approved Suppliers’ Directory represents a unique source of information for PEMEX buyers that has been carefully researched and evaluated. They can be confident that all suppliers found in the Directory are a viable source for the product or service that they are seeking – both for upstream and downstream operations. Buyers can locate suppliers by their name, brand name, and type of product or service offered.
The supplier registration process is a stringent set of screening criteria to meet with the minimum legal, administrative, and financial requirements. Our intention is to establish solid commercial relationships with the most reliable of suppliers, capable of providing the best options accordingly to QUALITY, PRICE, DELIVERY TERMS and SERVICES.

International Tenders
PEMEX Procurement International, Inc. (PPI) conducts International Open Tenders on behalf of Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) and its Subsidiary Entities in compliance with Pemex’s applicable laws and regulations.
There are two types of international open tenders used for procuring goods and services for Pemex’s operations.
- International Open Tender – All suppliers, who offer the goods and services required by Pemex, are allowed to submit a request to participate and be qualified.
- International Restricted Tender – Selected suppliers are qualified to participate.
For both type of international tenders, suppliers who are interested in participating in the bidding process, are required to register in the following platforms:
