This registration is an advanced level of supplier registration that applies to suppliers who are close to formalizing a commercial agreement or whose contractual or strategic relevance requires enhanced validation. It is also applicable to suppliers with an existing supplementary registration who need to keep it active.
PEMEX will invite selected suppliers to complete an additional questionnaire and submit supporting documentation to expand their information, including financial, technical, operational, health and safety, quality, compliance, and social responsibility aspects. The objective of this registration level is to enable PEMEX to conduct a more comprehensive evaluation of the supplier’s capabilities.
Completion and approval of the Supplementary Registration enables the supplier to participate fully in contractual execution and strategic procurement activities.
